There’s no need to download an app, but after purchasing your ticket online, you must present your voucher at the bus ticket counter at Morioka Station to exchange it for a paper ticket.
The ticket counter for exchanges is located at the East Exit of Morioka Station, while the bus boarding area is at the West Exit. It takes about 5–10 minutes to walk through the station from the ticket counter to the boarding area, so please allow ample time to get there.
